Important Notice:
- We follow a strict no-return policy on fashion (imitation) jewellery.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage or wrong product issue.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require confirmation before dispatch.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
To be eligible:
- You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory as proof
Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof
- Customers must record a continuous unboxing video while opening the package
- The video must clearly show:
- Sealed package
- Opening process
- Product condition
- Without proper video proof, returns or refunds will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color or design variation (due to lighting/screen differences)
- Used or worn jewellery
- Claims without unboxing video proof
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Product images/video proof
Once approved:
- We will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after product inspection
- Refund will be issued to:
- Original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Bank transfer (for COD orders)
Processing time: 5–7 business days
Replacement Policy
We may offer a replacement instead of refund (depending on availability)
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- COD orders not confirmed may be cancelled automatically
